18K white gold ring with briolette smoky quartz, four light blue topazes of 3 mm (0.12″), four light blue topazes of 1.5 mm (0.06″) and eight smoky quartz of 1.5 mm (0.06″).

Handcrafted in white 18-karat gold, the ring has a briolette fumé quartz surrounded by eight light-blue topazes in varying sizes, and another eight fumé quartz stones.
