We offer free shipping in all Uruguay.

We ship worldwide (check our international shipping costs chart). International shipping is free on purchases of USD 500 or more.  Allow us up to 3 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and also receive a DHL tracking number.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Once an order has been shipped and the email received, Sarah Kosta is no longer responsible for goods shipped.

Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are final sale and therefore can´t be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging. Sarah Kosta will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear. Pick up and delivery costs are the customers responsibility.



All our jewels are handmade, therefore they may come with minor variations in natural materials. No one piece is the same and due to the nature of the stones their can be some slightly color variation.

At Sarah Kosta we use only high-end materials and genuine stones. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by sending us an email to within 3 days of receiving the order.
